Professional Development Services

Professional development is a key part of EMFEC’s activities. We provide conferences, seminars, continuing professional development network events and bespoke consultancy to support the development and growth of our members. We recognise the staff development that we provide should reflect the needs of our members and customers and focus very strongly on listening to our users to identify the areas in which we can offer support.

EMFEC’s professional development events work on the principle of offering real solutions for practitioners by practitioners. Our staff have extensive experience of working in the post-14 learning and skills sector and this is supported by our network of associates who, as senior managers in colleges, universities, other learning organisations and/or registered Ofsted/ALI inspectors, provide further expertise and detailed knowledge.
