A new look for Robins Wood House
Our newly refurbished facilities are conveniently located at Robins Wood House close to Junction 26 of the M1 and Nottingham City Centre. Specialist staff are on hand to meet all of your conferencing and meeting requirements, from a small, fully serviced meeting venue to a theatre style setting of up to 60 people. With over 20 years of experience in conference and event management, we know what it takes to plan and deliver an event. We can advise you on choosing the correct meeting room and seating arrangements, help you select your catering as well as help you plan the equipment and stationery you need to ensure the smooth running of your event.
There is ample free car parking space. Ramps and electronically controlled entrance doors permit easy access for wheelchair users into the building. There is also a lift that connects the lower to the upper floor.
Refreshments
A cafe/bistro style meeting area, which is a relaxed, friendly open space, is available for you to enjoy your refreshments at break out sessions of your meeting or simply at coffee or lunch times. Should you prefer, you can have all of your refreshments delivered to your conference room. All dietary requirements are catered for on request.

The Charnwood Room
The latest addition to our refurbishment which has been sponsored by the East Midlands Development Agency. Seating of up to 80 theatre style and 40 boardroom style. The room can be divided to provide more intimate spaces or breakout rooms.
The Dovedale Room and The Rockingham Room
Seating of up to 60 theatre style or 30 seated boardroom style. Or, we can split this room into two to provide seating of 20 boardroom style or 30 theatre style.
The Sherwood Room
Seating of up to 25 theatre style, 15 boardroom style.
The Data Space
This unique resource comprises the Rutland Room, a seminar room seating up to 16 people which links to the ICT Suite with 8 workstations. There is a data projector, interactive whiteboard and all the other usual teaching aids in the seminar room. The ICT Suite has high spec flat screen PCs with broadband internet access and Virtual PC desktops installed so that trainers can create any environment require for teaching situations. The linked rooms, with their own refreshment area, create an ideal environment for teaching and training of all kinds.

The Lincoln Room
A more private setting for up to 10 people seated boardroom style.
Equipment
Most rooms are fitted with data projectors and screens; flip charts and stationery. Two of the rooms have integrated sound systems for TV, Video, CD or DVD.
A Wireless Access Point (WAP) is available in the bistro area of the building.
All equipment is included in the rates for room hire.
