The EMFEC website, except through response and e-mail reply forms, does not store or capture personal information but merely logs the user's IP address (Internet Protocol: allowing data to be transmitted between two devices) which is automatically recognised by the web server.
The site does not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of the website. No information is stored on your computer and no personal data is obtained from this software. EMFEC will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. EMFEC will not use your personal information for a different purpose than the one stated when you provided your data. It will be used only to provide you with updates on the topics you have requested. If you respond on-line to a consultation exercise or an online poll, your data will only be used to facilitate the analysis of responses. This privacy statement covers the EMFEC website at www.emfec.co.uk. Other websites linked to or from the EMFEC website are not covered by this privacy statement.
