EMFEC has been accrediting awards based upon the former TDLB standards since their introduction, and has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of NVQ and competence-based quality assurance. During the last ten years we have successfully accredited candidates with TDLB units from stand-alone D32 awards through to complete Training and Development NVQs at Level 4.

Now, with the advent of new standards in Learning and Development for a new generation of assessors and verifiers, we continue to provide comprehensive support and advice to staff undertaking these awards, in order to accredit them with the skills and knowledge integral to the delivery of consistent and reliable training programmes.
