Pro-fund Resources

Pro-fund aims to become a leading provider of training programmes and courses on EU project design and implementation. We have created a comprehensive portfolio of training programmes designed to simplify EU project management.  We offer these courses to our membership within the East Midlands as well as to anyone who may benefit from them across the rest of the UK and from the wider European Union.

Our courses are popular because of their level of inter-activity. We minimise our formal lectures, and devote as much time as possible to discussion, problem-solving and case studies. We actively encourage participants to bring real-life examples to the courses and we only use examples that we have experienced ourselves.

Our workshops are conducted by experts not only from Pro-fund, but also by the leading policy advisers and evaluators from the European Commission, and the various Secretariats. We have guest speakers from across the UK to maximise the information and experience we present to our participants. The result of this combination of expert knowledge and practical experience is a unique learning atmosphere that will help participants increase awareness, technical ability and most important of all, confidence to submit, negotiate and manage projects.

We aim to keep our costs as low as possible because we believe that not only do we have a responsibility as a not for profit organisation to disseminate this information in an affordable way, but also we try to provide a service to all types of organisation from large government agencies to small charitable trusts.

Costs include refreshments for half day courses and lunch and refreshments for full day courses. Bookings of 3 or more delegates from the same organisation receive a 10% discount. Pro-fund reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or postpone a course and offers a full refund to participants if this occurs.
