EMFEC Bespoke Training

All events offered in our Continuous Professional Development calendar may be delivered flexibly in terms of venue, either using the same programme content or a bespoke version to take account of your organisation’s particular needs. Moreover, the range of subjects on which we can now offer training extends to most activities undertaken within the learning and skills sector. Within the last six months some of the most popular sessions have included:

  • Customer Care (internal and external)
  • Differentiation
  • Equality Impact Assessments
  • Mediation skills
  • New inspection arrangements
  • Stress management: promoting well-being and performance at work.

Although these topics illustrate the diversity of our services, the common thread is our commitment to working with trainers who are recognised as experts in their respective fields, and whose feedback ratings are consistently high. This was confirmed by our most recent customer satisfaction survey, in which 100% of recent recipients of bespoke training confirmed an interest in using the service again.

Practitioners who attended the above sessions were also clear about the benefits of EMFEC’s bespoke training services when offering their opinions:

"Extremely worthwhile event, really good two-way facilitation, right amount of group work".

"Very relevant to my role and well delivered".

"Good delivery and pace – ability to recognise when to discuss or to move on".

"Most useful. Probably the most useful CPD I have done. This was very informative and very relevant."

We also offer an unrivalled degree of flexibility when developing a bespoke training package. Delivery can take place on your premises or ours, with some programmes available as half or full-day sessions. It’s also great value for money:

  • on your premises around £45 per participant
  • using EMFEC’s facilities, around £50 per participant.
