How well do your work roles align with your values and beliefs – and the values and beliefs of your manager and the organisation you work for? (It would be helpful if you bring a copy of your organisation’s mission/aims/current aspirations for use in the session.) Come and share your ideas and talk to colleagues with the aim of sharing good practice, gathering tips and ideas.
