The next meeting of the network is fortunate to have two key inputs from colleagues.

Jon Cartmell, who unfortunately could not attend the February network meeting, will deliver an interactive presentation on the EFQM Excellence Model. He recently spoke to a delegation of Senior Managers from Finland on the same subject. I’m sure colleagues will benefit from a consideration of quality management from a wider perspective, and the opportunity to discuss possible applications and relevance to particular contexts.

Phil Hardcastle, currently involved in a West Midlands project on evaluating impact, will discuss the project with network members.
