The National Skills Academy's primary role is to engage with employers in the sport and active leisure sector and broker in good quailty, cost effective training solutions from its training provider network. By doing this, the Skills Academy will up-skill and professionalise the workforce in the sector. A partnership approach means that the Skills Academy will champion your provision to a group of employer members and broker-in training solutions.
